The main building materials in membrane structure engineering are steel and membrane materials. For steel structures, the main processing flow includes: material feeding → cutting → inspection → assembly welding → rust removal → numbering packaging → factory. The precautions are:

2. According to the cutting length and rod specifications calculated by the designer, the rods are classified and stacked for easy construction in the next step.

3. According to the penetration size of the steel pipe, considering the influence of wall thickness and groove, the automatic cutting machine is used to automatically cut the penetration line.

4. During the welding process, in order to minimize the adverse effects of stress concentration at the node, the weld between the branch pipe and the main pipe should be fully welded continuously and smoothly transitioned. If the main pipe has a butt weld, the port should be grooved to ensure that the weld is welded through.

5. The quality inspector uses ultrasonic flaw detection to inspect the weld. If any unqualified weld is found, a mark should be made and the welder should be notified for rework in time.

6. The main truss and the secondary truss should be pre-assembled to form a unit group and numbered.

7. Perform dry sand blasting rust removal treatment on the surface of the component, grade, brush two coats of oily anti-rust primer, and then apply surface paint.
