(1) COLD ROLLED SUBSTRATES The color steel plates produced from cold-rolled substrates have a smooth, beautiful appearance and the machinability of cold-rolled plates; however, any small scratch in the surface coating exposes the cold-rolled substrates to air, which quickly leads to red rust in the exposed areas.
