With the completion of the positioning of the steel truss of the last unit, the large-span unequal-length trusses of the main roof of the Suzhou Bay Cultural Center Grand Theater have all slipped into place. It is the first case of "compensation method" sliding construction of the special-shaped sapce frame steel structure roof , which is the "finishing touch" of the Grand Theater. The roof truss for the sliding construction has a total of 9 units, with a total weight of about 350 tons. The overall shape is "C", with a longest span of 41.3 meters and a duration of 48 hours.
