Requirements for anti-corrosion treatment of steel color plates in steel structure workshops:

 

1. The surface of the steel color plate on the roof of the steel structure workshop should be flat, and the welding slag, burr, rust, oil, etc. should be cleaned before construction;

 

2. The treatment method for the surface of the roof steel color plate of the steel structure workshop can be derusted by spraying or projecting, and derusting by hand and power tools;

 

3. The level of rust removal by spraying or projecting shall meet the following requirements:

1Sa1 level: the steel surface should be free of visible grease and dirt, and free of scale, rust and paint coatings that are not firmly attached;

2Sa2 level: There should be no visible grease and dirt on the surface of the steel, and the attachments such as scale, rust and paint coating have been basically removed, and the residues should be firm and reliable;

3Sa2 grade: There should be no visible grease, dirt, scale, rust and paint coating on the steel surface, and any remaining traces should be only slight stains in the form of dots or stripes.

 

4. The level of derusting by hand and power tools shall meet the following requirements:

1St2 level: the steel surface should be free of visible grease and dirt, and free of scale, rust and paint coatings that are not firmly attached;

Grade 2St3: There should be no visible grease and dirt on the surface of the steel, and there should be no attachments such as scale, rust and paint that are not firmly attached. The derusting grade should be more thorough than St2, and the surface of the exposed part of the substrate should have a metallic luster;

The level of chemical derusting should be St3 level: there should be no visible grease and dirt on the surface of the steel, the unfinished scale, rust and individual residual points of the paint coating can be removed manually or mechanically, and finally the surface should be exposed The original appearance of the metal, no re-corrosion.

 

5. The surface of the steel color plate that has been treated in the steel structure workshop must not be polluted again. When it is polluted twice, the surface should be treated again;

 

6. The base layer of the treated steel color plate should be painted with primer in time, and the interval should not exceed 5 hours;

 

7. It is required that the brushing and spraying should be uniform without omission and no sag marks.
