The difference between steel structure processing and other metal processing

Steel structure processing building materials are the main materials used in the main project. The total weight of the building is light, and the steel structure residential system is light, which is about half of the concrete structure. It can greatly reduce the basic cost, and the environmental protection effect is also very good. In the process of steel structure residential construction, the number of sand, stone, and gray was greatly reduced. The materials used are mainly green, recyclable or degradable materials. When the building is demolished, most materials can regenerate or degrade without causing a large amount of garbage.

Therefore, the biggest difference between steel structure processing and other metal processing is:

1. Light weight of the steel structure: Although the steel structure is large, its strength is much higher than that of other building materials. Therefore, when the load and conditions are the same, the steel structure is lighter than other structures, which is convenient for transportation and installation, and can also span larger spans.

2. Steel has good plasticity and toughness: Good plasticity makes the steel structure not suddenly break and damage due to unexpected overload or local overload. Good toughness makes the steel structure strongly adaptable to the power load. These properties of steel provide full guarantee for the safety and reliability of the steel structure.

3. Steel is closer to uniformity and the same -sex body: the internal tissue of the steel is relatively uniform, very close to uniformity and the same -sex body, and it is almost completely flexible within a certain stress range. These properties are more in line with the assumptions in mechanical calculations, so the calculation results of the steel structure are more in line with the actual stress.
