Risk analysis of heavy steel structure factory's transformation to prefabricated steel structure production

First, sales risk. Steel structure products are mostly made to order, which is greatly affected by factors such as reduced market demand and poor marketing channels, which may result in a decline in sales, idle system equipment, increased capital costs, and extended investment recovery periods.

Second, the risk of price fluctuations. Affected by the supply and demand relationship in the construction market and the price of raw materials, there is a risk of price fluctuations.

Third, policy risk. Prefabricated buildings belong to the energy-saving and green building industry encouraged by the state, and are currently developing rapidly. However, the state has not yet made special legislation on prefabricated buildings. Currently, governments at all levels regulate and plan prefabricated buildings in the form of normative policy documents. Such policy documents have low legal effect and are vulnerable to policy adjustments.

Fourth, technical risks. There are certain technical requirements for prefabricated steel structures, which are mainly reflected in the design, construction, and acceptance criteria that need to be improved; the design process requires the cooperation of a professional design company to complete the component drawing design. The production of complex components requires experienced professional engineers and skilled workers to complete.
