Reasonable design of steel structure canopy can save space

Building a steel structure canopy can be used to park our mobility vehicles, so that the vehicle can reduce corrosion and protect it from the wind and rain. So how should we design the steel structure canopy? SAFS steel structure is introduced here.

To make a steel structure canopy, it is necessary to prepare a suitable amount of reliable materials. The rigid standard used in the entire canopy is divided into load-bearing steel columns, and 10cm*10cm square pipes are used, while the requirements for beams are slightly lower. The square tube of 4cm*8cm, and then the top of the canopy, can choose the membrane structure, which is more durable.

For welding, electrodes, wires, and fluxes are all indispensable materials. After purchasing these materials, you can start construction.

Before the steel frame is erected, the iron is pre-buried. After the steel plate is buried in the ground, use an electric welding machine and a level to ensure the level of the steel column, and then weld the steel column to it. Pay attention to the distance between each steel plate. After welding everything else, the whole steel frame is basically built.

Weld the steel columns and beams firmly with an electric welding machine, pay attention to ensure the verticality of the steel columns and the horizontal position of each beam, otherwise the entire steel frame will not be strong, and the roof will be covered after welding.

The appearance of the high-strength membrane structure makes the service life of the canopy reach 30 to 40 years. The light transmittance of the top of the membrane structure is relatively good, and it can also block the damage of ultraviolet rays to the car. The material of the SAFS steel structure project also played a role in the production of the canopy.
