1. Hand-made anti-rust treatment: stainless steel passivated rust can be scrubbed with a steel brush, stainless steel wire cloth or coarse sandpaper until the original color of the metal material is exposed, and then washed with pure cotton yarn. The construction of this method is simple and economical, and it can be solved on small prefabricated components and prefabricated components with complicated appearance design. For example, special tools such as sandpaper, steel brushes, and scrapers can clean up rust.

2. Shot blasting rust removal treatment: Selected air compression working pressure, continuous use of quartz sand or steel shot to remove the rust on the surface of the steel structure, remove the oil stains and residues neatly, and only expose the original color.

3. Projection anti-rust treatment: use the centrifugal impeller management center of the projectile machine to suck in the wear-resistant material and the effect of the blade tip to project the wear-resistant material, and remove the waste on the surface of the stainless steel plate with high-speed impact and friction. 4. Surge anti-rust treatment: use air compression that has been resolved by separating oil and water to bring the wear-resistant material to the surface of the stainless steel plate at a high speed according to the nozzle, and oxidize it by the impact and sliding friction of the wear-resistant material.The iron sheet is removed, and the surface roughness obtained by the surface layer is additionally made. It has high efficiency and good anti-rust treatment, but the cost is relatively high. There are two types of spray anti-rust treatment: dry spraying and wet spraying. The wet method is better than the dry hair working standard. It has less smoke and dust and is prone to rust back. 

5. Pickling passivation and rust removal treatment: The steel frame structure must be placed in the acid pool and soaked. If the stainless steel plate is corroded, it will reduce the service life of the application. The method of pickling passivation can be removed well. Remember to clean it up with cold water after pickling passivation.

6. Anti-rust treatment of special tools for driving force: Use air compression or electromagnetic energy as the driving force to make the special tools for anti-rust treatment cause round-up or reciprocating fitness exercises, causing friction or impact to remove rust or oxide scale, etc. The work efficiency and quality of this method are higher than the hand-made anti-rust treatment, and it is a common rust removal method at this stage. Practical tools include pneumatic sand mills, electric sand mills, pneumatic steel brushes, and pneumatic shovel.
